I got this monitor with low expectations based on the low cost, but I will say, one of the best purchases I’ve made for my remote working life. It connects with one cord into my MacBook Pro and it immediately worked with surprising screen quality. Buy it.

Excellent value, well built and well executed product.. Image quality is top notch for this form factor. I have used several of these types of monitors in the past. I needed an updated version that supports USB-C and Thunderbolt. The Vilva version is easily on par with many products twice the cost. I like that the monitor can be powered by USB-C alone, but also can also use an auxiliary power input source.
