Greater than one weekI have been using three monitors across my desk as one wide screen for CAD, business documents and research, and even Flight Simulator. My previous set of monitors finally started going bad after 15 years and multiple moves! I called and spoke with a ViewSonic rep and he recommended these monitors as replacements. They exceed everything I expected. The colors are brilliant and the graphics are sharp. The stand has the best adjustments for height, angle, and tilt that I have ever seen. For the cost, these monitors are hard to beat!

> 3 dayUsing this as a separate monitor in smaller upstairs home office. As much as it would be nice to have a 4K monitor, I really couldnt see spending an extra $200-$300 for it since I wont be watching be primarily watching movies on it. However, the QHD is excellent for general personal and office work, including tasks like software development. Has all the latest common connectivity options - USB-C 3.1 / HDMI 1.4 / DisplayPort / and USB 3.0 inputs. Love the nearly nonexistent bevels around the top and sides and the built-in speakers are more than sufficient. Especially cool is the tool-less assembly! One thumbscrew at the bottom to put the stand together and the stand *snaps* into the back of the monitor. There is a nice built-in handle at the top of the stand behind the monitor to help carry/move it. Wide tilt angle and height adjustment. Well done ViewSonic!! I may have to get another one - just cause!! Just a note that this one is a second shipment. The first shipment was one where the monitor was either damaged at the factory and hastily repacked or it was somehow damaged in some other fashion and repackaged as new. No problem - returned to Amazon the same day via a drop off at Kohls and received this one within 1.5 days.

> 3 dayI use this to extend my MacBook screen for office type applications. My main need is a crisp picture for smooth text and application windows, and at 1440p the picture is plenty crisp for my needs. There seems to be a bit of confusion as to what cables are included in the box. I cant say if ViewSonic has recently changed what they include, but mine (purchased in July 2020) included a USB-C 3.1 cable. The great feature is the Mac, or any USB-C laptop, will connect video, connect any devices plugged into the monitors USB-A ports, and charge the laptop all over a single cable and without adapters. This is more convenient than I thought it would be.

> 3 dayGreat quilty,. Nice and sharp image . Good brightness. Text mode (eye saver is great ) only negotiate thing Ive found is playing games on it does introduce a notixivle amount of motion blur Im just a casual gamer and usually dont notice that stuff but I do with this one organically so keep that in mind . Other then that , great monitor

> 3 dayGreat monitor for its price, used with a 2019 MacBook Pro. Easily the best part of this monitor is the USB C connection. It allows the MacBook to charge AND provide picture using a single cable. The panel is fine. No dead pixels and picture quality is good. It has a Matte finish, which isn’t as nice as the MacBook’s glossy finish, but it’s easier to clean. I had a scratch on the screen due to shipping damage. I ordered a replacement and It came with no hassle. The monitor comes at 60hz refresh rate, so I wouldn’t recommend for gaming purposes, unless a 144hz monitor is out of budget. For $350 this monitor is great!

> 3 dayWASTE of money, mine is already being returned. The internal stereo speakers are utterly laughable, theyre small and shrill and pathetic. Sounds like a 90s nokia phone in a tin cup. Of course, the sound over USB Type-C cant be controlled from your device and there are NO VOLUME BUTTONS, you have to dive into the menu?!? Another lacking feature? Theres no Portrait mode switch when you rotate (like most decent monitors); you have to handle that from your device if it supports that. Really pathetic for a 2019/2020 gaming monitor, this is some budget parts-bin trash with a couple good ports soldered on. Sure, USB Type-C input gives a good clear image, BUT so do a hundred better monitors for the money. Viewsonic just lost (another) customer for good, by putting out this cut-corners garbage. DO NOT waste your money, buy something else.

Greater than one weekSimpy amazing! This monitor with USB-C turned THREE cables into one!! Its complete eliminated the cable clutter on my desktop. Before I had hooked up to my Dell XPS 13 9380 the following: one USB-C cable for display, one USB-C converted to USB-A through an adapter for my peripherals, and another USB-C cable for charging. Now a SINGLE USB-C cable hooked up to this monitor does all three things! One single USB-C cable hooked up to this monitor provides power, drives the monitor, and the built-in USB hub in the monitor all works! Simultaneously!! Just make sure you get the right USB-C cable, with USB-PD and 10 Gbps Gen 2 like this one recommended by another reviewer on here. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L0F6AJI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Sorry if this sounds like a fake review, but Im just honestly pleased with this monitor. If I would give 6 stars, I would.

> 3 dayDo not believe one of the top comments saying one needs only a USB 3.1 cable to display to this monitor. It is not true, the company has false advertising claiming compatibility with Macs, which is not the case without an adaptor. Third party adaptors most likely wont work either. One probably must purchase an Apple one and cough out $70 and utilize the adaptors HDMI to connect to this monitor as the usb-c connectivity of this monitor does not support thunderbolt, not allowing macs to display. The company representatives also wont offer any real help on the issue, rather referring you to Apple customer support, leaving you on your own.
