> 3 dayI love this shampoo! I am a professional groom and it is by far my favorite, and I’ve tried lots. I first discovered it by accident when our feed store brought it by mistake but kept it and tried it out and I’m so glad I did. It leaves a fantastic clean; the dirt and stains come off with ease and the horses are left super shiny. The horses actually FEEL clean, it does not leave any greasy residue. It cleans the manes and tails very well - I have a few with white and light blonde manes and tails and it makes a huge difference. It even whitens whites - I no longer need quick silver, I can use this one shampoo for all my horses. It requires way less elbow grease than others I’ve used in the past which makes my job easier and saves my wrists. The spray foam feature is also very convenient. I love that healthy as well because during the show season we are bathing constantly and I worry about drying out their skin, which this does not do. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

> 3 dayFabulous product! Cleared up scruffy, scabby area on horse’s cannon bones. Black scruff had spread to parts of horse’s main, rump. Sprayed this on in a bath, lathered up, scrubbbed it in and saw immediate improvement with scruff eliminated after just 2-3 treatments. Love the fragrance, even got stubborn stains out of my gray horse. Very easy to apply from the foaming sprayer.

> 3 dayIm using this on my horse that has scratches (scabs) on the legs. Started when his back leg swelled and had a fever. So far the fever is gone and the swelling gone. Scabs are getting less with every use. Sprays out easily and because it is a foam stays on leg until you are ready to scrub. Great product.

> 3 dayLiving in horse country typically means a pretty solid supply of equine related products - especially shampoo - so frankly, I wasnt expecting a big difference. Fast forward an hour or so and this product is on my shopping list because frankly, I like everything about it. The fragrance is nice but not overpowering. it lathers quite well but also rinses easily and it is free of many commonly encountered harsh ingredients like parabens, sulfites etc. The trigger spray bottle is great - super convenient and it works well...yes, no big deal but one of my pet peeves are poorly made spray bottles. I also got the dog shampoo in a spray bottle and like it immensely. Overall, very impressed and super pleased to try this new line.

> 3 dayIf youve never seen a Percheron draft horse with dry, itchy, flaky summer skin, let me just say.... its pitiful. Nine months out of the year, our big mare is an elegant, deep black with a silky coat and a spring in her step. Shes an astonishingly accomplished dressage horse, performing upper level movements with grace and joy except from July to October. Texas is hot and dry then and the Percheron is a cold weather breed and her skin suffers for it. I am always on the lookout for things to keep her comfortable - regular soothing baths and Eucerin cream have been the best. Today I used this medicated shampoo instead of the Head and Shoulders to see if it was any better. Immediately, the scent was awesome - sort of eucalyptus smell that we both like. It sprays out in an instant foam that goes directly where you want and does not drip. The trigger pull is smooth and frankly, just cleaner to use than standing on my tip toes with an upside down bottle trying to pour shampoo on the back of an 18 hand tall, sweaty horse after a ride. It didnt lather as thickly as I expected, but it did get her clean and rinsed off completely. See the photos for the dirt that came up in the first swirls. I watched her for almost 30 minutes after the bath and she wasnt rubbing or scratching at itchy spots on her flank or withers or cheeks. Clearly the medication ingredient here is doing something soothing. I will absolutely continue to use this and the Eucerin cream as needed.

> 3 dayI have been very impressed with both this shampoo and the medicated version of it for my Percheron with dry, flakey, itchy summer skin. I used this on our Andalusian stallion and a palomino Quarter Horse mare with nice results on both. Our palomino mare has a thick, but fine mane and tail and heavy conditioning can render her tail limp and lifeless looking. This shampoo rinsed clean without any residue left behind and I felt good about putting a light coat of conditioner on her tail afterwards. Her coat is glistening, bright gold, and soft and her mane & tail are tangle free, but dont look droopy. My Andalusian stallion and I both like the trigger pull on this bottle. No dripping or extra shampoo unexpectedly at the wrong moment - say... on top of his head because I slipped and squeezed an open bottle by accident. This does a good job getting the green grass stains out of his grey coat and making him gorgeous for the ten minutes before he rolls in dirt again.
