Ive been drinking this for 10 years. Recently they dropped the nutritional value (less vitamins, minerals, folate, etc), and increased the calories. It also tastes much much worse. As many other have said, it also now causes stomach pains. Perhaps worst of all, they have billed this as just a new look, and have used the same Amazon listing to retain the good reviews from the previous formula. Apparently they sold the brand and the new owners switched to a bunch of lost cost materials.

chocolate tastes absolutely DISGUSTING! its very thick and chalky but i wouldn’t mind if it actually tasted good. hold your nose and chug it.

edit 5/2/23: Changed this from 3* to 4*. So Ive been leaving this in my cupboard b.c of the strong taste, but last week I decided to give it another shot. Instead of using it in my smoothie though, I added the powder to milk. That was actually pretty amazing. So, for me, its a big no no to use this in smoothies bc it clashes against other flavors and dominates, but its great when the medium is milk! original review 1/13/23: While these powders are unnecessary for most with a good diet, for those times that supplements are needed, this one can fill that role. The problem is that the taste is so bad that I cant bring myself to give it anymore stars. I tried adding like 1.5 teaspoons-yes, TEASPOON-to my smoothie, but the taste is still there and pretty strong too. Oh, and it tastes nothing like vanilla

I absolutely love this shake. I make one every morning with fruit, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, and collagen. It is the best thing in the world. Not only do I put my ingredients in to make a meal that last, but this shake alone has some major ingredients. Very green and healthy. I love it.

Its got a very strong taste which is fine but the texture i cant handle, my hubby likes it so hes drinking it instead.

I love this product. I use it daily. It has just the right amount of protein to keep me full for hours! That in turn means less eating and snacking. This is usually my lunch. I use a blender and sometimes add additional fruits or veggies for an added punch. That is not needed but it makes for a nice change in flavor. I dont find it gritty or chalky. The ingredients are amazing!! I would never eat the amount of ingredients in a day so its very helpful for my nutrition.

I really dont like the taste of the chocolate. Its pretty nasty. The vanilla is better for sure. I dont really recommend this brand either for the price. They became way too greedy setting the price at almost 100 dollars US.

Ive been using the vanilla flavor for a while, and although its good enough to drink by itself, I was getting tired of the same flavor every day and decided to try chocolate. Big mistake. It doesnt taste anything like chocolate and is instead just very bitter, almost like really dark chocolate. While the vanilla flavor has a hint of sweetness the chocolate does not and instead is just really chalky and bitter. Its mild enough that I dont hate it enough to return it and ill probably finish the whole thing but Im sticking to vanilla from now on.
