Greater than one weekI wanted something to put my laptop on and use in bed. At first, I was using a large 17-inch HP laptop with a mini keyboard, mouse, and even a mini-game keyboard on my left, it all fit and held up fine. Very sturdy and well put together. I now have a 27-inch widescreen monitor in place of the laptop with same set-up and it is still great after over a year of near-nightly use. There is a very tiny lean to the right (the free floating end) from holding all the weight for 500+ days but it isnt noticeable @ all unless you really look for it and doesnt affect anything. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayWe use it both next to the bed and straddling it for meals taken in bed. We use a different table- a lighter color one - for all the sanitation/hygiene supplies and stuff to make sure the brown one is used for less messy stuff.

> 3 dayIt is definitely not the same quality as what you will find in the hospitals, but it does get the job done. The base portion does not fit under my chair but would have no issue going under the bed. It is fairly sturdy, but does have an air of flimsiness that does keep me watchful. Raises up really high, but does not lower down enough in my personal opinion. The ability to adjust its height is a little difficult to move. I am not disappointed for the price, but do feel like the quality is just a hint, only a hint lacking. Not disappointed, but not impressed.

> 3 dayGrabbed this adjustable overbed table for my wife who was pregnant, and boy did it make life easier. Pros: * Delivers on functionality, no complaints * Decent design, not an eyesore * Slides under/over the bed, quite handy * Wont break the bank * Sturdy, can handle some weight Cons: * Struggles a bit on carpet, larger wheels needed Final Thoughts: So, this adjustable overbed table turned out to be a solid purchase. Made things more comfortable for the wife during her pregnancy, and Ive even used it a few times. Assembly was a breeze - 5 minutes tops. Cant say how itd fare in a hospital, but its been a champ at home. The only gripe - its a bit stubborn on carpets, could use bigger wheels. But overall, were happy with it. Would recommend, but dont expect it to do your taxes or anything.

Greater than one weekWith so many plastic China products out there, it was refreshing to see a nicely built, sturdy stand. Frame is metal! Latch works great and the table holds a decent amount of weight to use as a hospital type tray table. My mom really likes it. Works well for bedside or with a wheelchair. Perfect height adjustment. Says it holds up to 45 pounds so it should cover meals, books, phones, etc.
