Perfect for my sons birthday party. Took 1.5 hour with a balloon pump. Easy to install. We hung with 3 command hooks and string. Some of the balloons had holes, but we only used 1/3 the balloons to get what’s in the picture. Had plenty Extra.

If I could leave no star I would. I was sent a happy 15th birthday sign instead and it was a complete disappointment. I didn’t have time to reorder so we did not have a cute banner for my sons 2nd birthday. Completely disappointed to say the least.

I was expecting a cheap plastic banner. I was surprised to find this is made in fabric. Good quality for the price. Bought this for my sons birthday party.
