Purchased as a gift and shipped directly to recipient. She was delighted as it is exactly what she has been looking for to match her 28 inch suitcase.

Waste of Money. The bag broke on the first use. I am very disappointed in this product. DO NOT BUY

I waited to review until I had used it the luggage a couple of times. This is such a smart purchase for me - the way that they suitcase is set-up on the inside - it makes me pack smartly. I will say on my recent trip to Chicago. I packed...running shoes, Clark ballet flats and a pair of Born wedges. I packed two dresses, four shirts, three pairs of shorts, one sweater and a pair of jeans. It was amazing. And that was without extending it. Coming back from Chicago - I did extend it, but it still fit like a charm into the overhead.

Liked it very much, it was the perfect size for my trip, but the first time I used it the expandable zipper ripped in such a way that I cant really sew it or fix it. Will not be able to use the expandable feature in the future.

Not quite what I expected. My wife must have gotten a better model.

The rails take up a lot of the interior space. So its smaller on the inside than I expected. But looks nice.

This little beast is a fantastic carry-on for the price. The exterior CAN get dinged up through baggage handling, but what luggage doesnt? Its not like im flying my own private jet where my handlers use fleece gloves.

Perfect for a carry on, weekend away, or additional bag for items.

Great carry-on for the $$ All the features youll ever need--Although I personally liked having zippered pouches, pockets on EXTERIOR of soft-side bags--very convenient...the SECURITY advantage of hard-side isi over-whelming. This bag is somewhat lighter in weight and not as rigid as others--but for a carry-on its FINE--with the disappearance of overhead storage bins--great size to place on floorunder seat ahead of you--..
