Regional driver....picks up well and easy install

Great little radio. Good recept. Clear Trans. Hi Cut is where its at. If you need an inexpensive radio to help keep your drivers safe without a bunch of mods this is the way to go.

It works as described, clarity is great and everyone can hear me just fine as well. Great starter radio for a new driver and the price point is great

Worked as described

Hooked it up to a 25 foot antenna did not get anything. Would not work on the SWR meter, no channel recorded any reading. Hooked up my President Bill and it worked fine, 1.05 on the meter on channels 1,10,20,30,40. Hooked up the Uniden to another antenna, nothing.

good little radio for the price is a win win

I like that this is old school but if the model 78 was available at the time of purchase I would have ordered it instead due to the built in SWR feature on the 78. But what the heck I needed a new SWR meter anyway.
