It needs to be longer for under my sink. I should’ve measured

My kids kept missing the garbage bin under the sink and scraps would land around it and stain the wood. This May was perfect - solved the problem. Looks nice and neat, easy to wipe and fit perfectly.

We had a leak under our sink and thank god we had this under there because it saved hundreds of dollars from needing to replace the cabinets under the sink.

I have nice wood cupboards and wanted a little extra protection under the sink, so I purchased this mat. It just arrived and immediately I installed the mat with ease under my sink. Now if I have a leak my cupboard will be protected. By the way it fit like a glove, great product!

The product photo shows plumbing coming from the back wall of the sink cabinet. In that case, this product will slide right into the cabinet with no issues. In my case, the water supply lines come up through the floor of the cabinet. I measured the location of the pipes relative to the left wall and the back wall of the cabinet. After using a caliper to measure the outside diameter of the pipes, I used an auger bit to drill holes through the bottom of the mat (I used a 2x4 as a backer so as to not damage the kitchen floor). The auger bit worked; I dont think I would recommend a spade bit. Then, I used a pocket knife to make a slice from the new hole through to the back lip of the mat. Once that was done, the mat slid neatly into place around the water supply lines.
