I bought this “unbuckle me” tool to help me unbuckle my grandkids from their car seats when they stay with me because my thumb joints are not strong enough to press in the button to release the seat belt. With this tool I am able to unbuckle their seatbelts fast and easy with no pain to my thumb joints at all! I would recommend this for everyone who has issues with their thumb joints or even long nails. It work’s fantastic!

The product works great! We bought one previously for Grandma to use because her hands were not strong enough to unbuckle the car seats. Now, with baby #3 on the way, we have 3 car seats across in two cars. We purchased a 2nd so that our 4 yo can unbuckle herself from the middle seat. It took a bit of practice, but she has the hang of it and it saves us from having to crawl in to unfasten her.

My five year old and three year old can use this both easily to unbuckle the car seat. I just keep it in my purse, so no matter which vehicle we’re in we have it so they can get out on their own.

My nails are currently short so I haven’t had to use yet but it’s been living on my key ring since I got it and still in one piece

I love this so much I bought two! I keep one in the baby bag and one on the car seat. It’s perfect if you have longer nails or if you just have a hard time getting the seat unbuckled.

This is almost impossible to use unless you loosen the harness before using. Once you do that, its still a bit tricky to get it centered over the unlock button, but it does work!

Bought this to assist my 5 year old getting himself out of his car seat. It’s not easy for himself or me to use and I am returning to purchase a different brand and see if it works as intended.
