The handle got stuck before I even got on the airplane for my flight - I left the country for 40 days, so I couldn’t return the suitcase to Amazon. As soon as I returned to the US, I contacted Travelers Choice to have this repaired form their warranty. It’s been a month and I still have not had any movement on this issue. I travel internationally again next week and it’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t even use this suitcase. I recommend going with another company that actually responds - they don’t even have a phone number to contact. Very very disappointed.

> 24 hourLove that one side is deep and has movable packing areas and other side is thinner so you don’t have to fully open the case - you can lean it against the wall. When you have a 50/50 case it requires you to lie it flat taking up so much room. Very lightweight and easy to pack neatly.
