After working through several lessons, the program started freezing every time my son would try to switch games within the program. We have gotten next to no help from tech support (first were told to make an alias - fine, did that but did not fix the problem. Second we were told to make sure the sound was on?!?!?!) This program has a glitch and Im frustrated that we are out the money and no typing lessons and no real tech support through the company.

The software has a bug in it and only works a few times after installing it, then it quits working. Then we have to uninstall and reinstall again to make it work. Frustrating!

After putting in this CD and trying it once, it would not work after that one time. We are disappointed and are sending it back. Hopefully we can find an online version that will be fun enough to stick to it.

I am still using the program to improve my typing skills. The program teaches you from finger placement to moving your fingers correctly to type other keys. My type continues to improve as I continue to practice.
