These lights were better than expected. They create a soft lighting in my living room which is perfect for small spaces that dont need too much bright light. Theyre really cute and add nicely to my home decor.

Overall, these lights are very pretty and perfect brightness, light golden white color. I really want to like them, but there are 2 things that are problematic for me. One, which I should have realized in the listing: there is no remote or on/off switch, just a little button on the actual plug that you press to get different settings - which in my case is very inconvenient and hard to reach. You have to plug it in and out to turn the strand on and off. Two, when you plug it in, the default setting is a blinking pattern. You have to press that tiny button on the plug 7 more times to get to the 8th and final non-blinking setting, which is the only one I want to use. This is incredibly annoying and it has to be set every time you turn on the lights. I tried plugging my strand into an outlet adapter so that I can operate it with a remote wall switch, but then still have to go press that tiny plug button 7 times to get it to stop blinking. Not useful for what I was going to use this for, so I will likely just set these aside for the holidays.

I with that these either stayed in the setting you choose, or else came with a remote to change settings. The location of the outlets in the room I have these in make it difficult to cycle through the settings. The lights themselves are cute, bright, and go well with the outdoor theme of my room. They’re actually brighter than expected, maybe a little too bright to use instead of a nightlight. The length was perfect, and I’m overall quite happy with the purchase.

I bought these 3 years ago and they have worked since. They are mounted in a screen porch. I live in North Idaho so the temps vary by 100 degrees in a year. I just ordered a duplicate string because I melted the plug by leaving it next to the BBQ. TOTALLY MY FAULT! The original string of lights are still working, but I had to order a new string. They are working just like the first. I’ll be more careful with this set.

I had these in my classroom. They worked for about six months and now they’ve stopped. I’ve checked everything to figure out why they’re not working with no luck. I even switched the plug because I have two sets hanging. Very bummed because my students loved them. Mine did not come with a remote.

The lights are just what we were looking for the ceiling. We have a chevron shape on our living room ceiling. Because we have cats, we put our Christmas lights and ornaments hanging from the ceiling this year. We loved the soft, festive light they gave off, so we decided to put white lights up for the rest of the year. We chose these lights and they work perfectly. We leave ours on option 8 but the 7 options for twinkling and dimming are cool too. The button to change the lights is on the actual plug, not a separate remote, but very easy to access. Untangling is not difficult if you are slow and patient. The end result is exactly what we were looking for. The lead line is long, but I like that it is not a normal heavy cord, but a thinner one.

So far, so good. I just got them and put up today. I really like the size of the stars, and the colors. The stars do tend to fall off when untangling, but very easy to put back on. Also, three of the lights (all next to each other) flicker then either go out or stay on...so there must be some sort of short there. Hopefully, they stay on. Overall, not bad for the price. Might order some more, well see. *edit (months after use): the three problem lights ended up being just fine once up and not being handled. We left these lights up for a couple months, then rotated out to just white ones. We love both! Ill put the rainbow ones up again when Fall comes. I recommend these lights.
