Happy with the price and the quality of the product, but I’m unhappy that the gallon jug did not have a cap for it. The foil seal is still intact but once it’s open, I’ll have no way to keep it secure. I realize that this is most likely an Amazon issue, and not a manufacturer issue, but it’s disappointing nonetheless. Wish I could get a pump or at the very least the cap that should have came on the bottle.

It smells amazing and it worked wonderfully on my cocker spaniel fur. Leaving her nice and smooth,so far this is the best shampoo Ive bought for my dog. Will be trying the desheding shampoo soon.

We bought the 20oz bottle previously and love it so we got the gallon size this time. Our bernedoodles coat is so soft after using this and following up with TropiClean conditioner. Smells like coconut but not too strong. She has had no allergies to it also.

I have been using this product for 15yrs. One of my dogs has allergies and would itch after bathing her. I found this to be a very gentle shampoo to use on her. No more itch. We also use the conditioner. Super soft fur.

This is the real deal! it cleans well, It is very gentle of the dogs skin. If your dog has allergies and gets that funny smell then you need to help them with regular and frequent baths. This is the stuff. I learned about it asking a kennel what they were using because it works so well. The skin and coat are soft and have a fresh clean smell. You can use it daily if you want. It comes as a thick concentrate and you are supposed to dilute it but instead I decant it into an old shampoo bottle with a top pump. Then when I place it on the dog with my hands it stays where I put it instead of draining off and getting wasted. Truth be told I dont care much for commercial people shampoo either and I started using it o me because it was there and I liked everything about it. SURPRISE. It works great on people too (although they may not recommend it and I have not checked.) I assume it s okay for people because you have to use your hands to wash the dog and they tell you to massage the shampoo into the dog. Sothis is a total winner. I wish it were not priced so high but it is the real deal. If you want the things this shampoo does then get it and be happy.

We’ve been using this shampoo for years, but unfortunately our order arrived damaged and the shampoo leaked all over the box. the pictures reflect how our order arrived - and you can see that the cap is off the bottle in one of the pictures. Great product, disappointing packaging.

Only shampoo my dog asks for.... we tried the others, but they only made her cry - she said this is a spa treatment.
