My PS3 controllers dont hold a charge anymore and I wasnt interested in spending the money to replace them. These are the perfect alternative, for me. I dont mind having a wire attached to my controller while I play, and the long cord allows me to sit at a comfortable distance from the tv.

I got it for the ps3 remotes, works good, I havent noticed any difference in charge speed, Id say its it is just as good as the original one that came with it.

This cable is just to recharge the controllers and not for the move motion control. It is too big and does not fit.
