> 24 hourUPDATE: I was able to contact the good people at Briggs and Riley about my suitcase coming with a broken zipper. They immediately sent out a new replacement suitcase. Thankfully this one doesn’t have any zipper problems. I look forward to taking it on a trip. It is small and very light weight so I can’t stuff it like my other one. So this is much more for short trips or strictly as a carry on while you have also a checked in bag. I would have liked an couple inner pockets but it is a nice space. I’m changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

> 24 hourThis piece of luggage is light weight, rolls easily, and the USB port that can connect to my battery in a special pouch were nice features. There were a few things that also were not so great. The case was very flimsy unless it was fully packed. When it was fully packed with clothes they expanded into the front opening meant to hold electronics. My laptop had to be shoved in and I didn’t feel comfortable adding my tablet to such a tight space. The interior also lacked any pockets that would normally be used for socks and/or intimate apparel. The only way to keep things neat was to use packing cubes. In such a tight space this was inconvenient.

> 24 hourA bit flimsy for the $. Lightweight, great warranty, yet could be a bit more reinforced at seams. Looks like zipper is all that is holding both sides together.

> 24 hourI like the design concept. Except it does not lay flat when you open it. One end is always up because the zipper hinge does not fully unzip. So, when packed, I believe the weight breaks the hinge zipper that holds it together. So it is either a fatal design flaw that makes the luggage worthless, and/or mine was a broken and sold as new after a very apparent bad repair. The bad repair shows under the cloth covering at the hinge. Regardless, if the suitcase does not lay flat on both sides when opened, it is not useable and definitely will split in two! Too bad! Sent it back.

> 24 hourThis brand is the best and this piece is no exception to that. The size makes it great for the 2 to 3 weeks vacations I take. At the moment my son-in-law has borrowed it and may never return it. Hes 63 and said its the first piece of luggage hes ever packed that accommodates his clothing without reducing everything to a mass of wrinkles. Well designed, super roomy, and lightweight. Luggage doesnt get any better than this!

> 24 hourLove the hard outer shell! This is the perfect size for me. I always tend to overpack so it really forced me to only take essentials. I always travel with hair tools and i was confident in knowing that they along with some products I use would be okay in such a sturdy piece of luggage. It’s just big enough for the right amount of clothes and essentials without being to heavy.

> 24 hourGreat product. Clicked on the green suitcase only to receive black. Clicking on the black option - shows that you will receive “Hunter” which is green. Seller issue not the product.

> 24 hourThis was the worst piece of luggage and the price point was added insult to injury. The design took away from the functionality of the luggage. It looks good on the outside but inside is a train wreck.

> 24 hourExactly as advertised. Roomy and easily movable. Have not traveled with it yet, but am looking forward to trying it out.
