Our usual brand of trifold paper towels is frequently out of stock so I bought these for our office. They were available and with more per box, they were less expensive. We have the Tork dispenser so I figured buying the Tork trifold towels was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, in this case, less expensive is really cheaper and not in a save money way. These towels are so much thinner than our usual brand that we end up using more towels to get our hands dry. And they dont come out of the dispenser easily at all - most of the time they end up tearing because they are so flimsy. Every employee has commented on how bad these paper towels are. I am just glad that I only ordered one box and that our regular brand is in stock!

Best deal for your buck. Softer napkins/towels then other products. Great price and fast delivery!

They were rough and did not absorb liquid well. Had to use a few.

Quantity better than quality. Very thin

These are the worst paper towels I have ever bought. It feels like you are drying off with a piece of paper. I am putting the box away and buying my normal brand. Thought a change was nice but heck no! This stuff is horrible.

We do not use these in bathroom paper towel dispensers but rather as an alternative to using Bounty paper towels, as they are more expensive per sheet. Works great as covers for food in microwave, drying hands (takes 2-3 towels), and for small clean ups. For the bigger stuff, we use Bounty. So, we have now used almost 5 full boxes of these paper towels and will order again as they work fine for the way we use them !!

Yikes. Buyer beware. These are not even a little bit soft. I was not expecting them to be so coarse. Lesson learned. I will not repurchase these and definitely do not recommend them a at all.

The box arrived but it was missing 2 and a half of the bundles of the folded paper towels. The rest of the paper towels were fine and in good shape.

These are relatively thin towels, so the per unit price may not be a useful measure of value. The paper tears a bit too easily, especially when wet. The “natural” (brown paper) version of this product seems to be a stronger and better buy.
