Greater than one weekI initially bought 2 sticks of 8GB ram and 2 sticks of 4GB ram to upgrade my Mac mini and MacBook Pro. I realized that both units were able to be loaded with a max of 16Gb of ram, so I returned the 2 sticks of 4GB ram, and bought 2 more sticks of 8GB ram. Both computers have been upgraded, and are flying now!!!
