I added these to the 2 empty slots on my 2014 27” 5k iMac. It took less than 10 minutes to install and I noticed a performance difference right away. The Mac recognized the RAM immediately. Anyone can install this, no special tools needed. A suction cup does make removing the plate/lid on the back of the computer easier.

Value is what it is. Pretty average price for that much RAM. The iMac I own made it easy to install because of the design of the device, not the RAM itself, but still dead easy. Its RAM, and its worked great so far. I Will update the review at a later time, but no problems! There is other RAM that could have worked (Made for Mac isnt really a thing here) but the Mac on the label certainly gives you peace of mind.

I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that hadnt ever been updated from the standard 4GB RAM. After installing the 16GB RAM I purchased, its like a I have a new computer! Everything is so much quicker and I barely (if ever) see the cursed rainbow wheel. My blood pressure has dropped significantly because I can run multiple applications at once with ease.

What a change from

Ever since I upgraded to these memory sticks surfing the web has on safari has been so frustrating. Its so slow and Im always getting a message saying Im using too much memory. Not sure what else to do.
