Wow this thing is intense! My husband had a ton of excitement using this. The intensity was….well, strong and intense for lack of better words. The size seemed perfect. The small ridges on the top of toy allows for extra gripping and adds a different sensation than normal prostate massagers. I’d go with this one if you preferred a simpler more effective toy.
