Thermalright Intel 12th/13th Generation LGA1700 Anti-Bending Buckle,CPU Stress Bending Correction Fixer, Curved Pressure Plate,Fully Fitted and Fixed Without Trace Installation (Black)

I used this on an Intel Core i7-13700K with an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 420 for cooling. With the stock frame a few of the cores kept spiking over 100C under load, forcing them to thermally throttle. Since the same cores were overheating every time, it seemed like the CPU wasnt properly mating with the cooler, which is exactly what this product is designed to fix.

Was skeptical at first even after watching all the videos online about this but it really worked, dropped my temps by about 5-7 degrees on both my 12th and 13th Gen CPU’s. Recommending this to all my friends!

Once I saw a video on this item, I decided to purchase one. It is as good, if not better than the name-brand one. Dont waste your money getting a name-brand one. This one does a great job keeping the CPU flat and has proper contact wth your cooling device.

Combined this plate with a very slight undervolt on my 13700k and now its maxes out around 85C as opposed to thermal throttling before. 100% these plates are essential for keeping new Intel cpu temps under control.

Luckily I stumbled upon a video from Gamers Nexus highlighting these. Bought one because why not. Easy to install and it feels like my cooler is more secure than ever. I am running a z790 board with an Intel 13700k. My temps havent even needed to kick the fans on full blast yet.

Works. Got my temps down a little bit.

If you have a 12th or 13th gen processor, this is a must have. I installed this frame on two different computers and it dropped temps by at least 8 degrees on each. Install is super easy if you follow the steps in the Gamers Nexus youtube video.

I tried this modification because I didnt like how much torque was being applied to my CPU when using the stock fastener. I am not sure if it was actually bending the chip but it was under too much pressure in my opinion. Temps improved slightly. Easy to remove original and install and looks cleaner than original silver clamp. Comes with tool to remove and reinstall screws.

Dropped an average of 15C after I replaced the stock CPU bracket on my Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX. This fit very snug and secure on the 13th Gen i9 and I couldnt be happier!
