If you do a lot of reading, you will discover the best way to apply this is NOT with the supplied spreader. Put a small bead of thermal paste, the size of a grain of rice on your CPU and/or GPU. I put a small bead on both and then pressed the heat sink down on them. Worked great. Theyre both running cool.

I previously couldn’t figure out why my PS4 pro kept running loud after multiple cleanings and reassemblies-turned out I had expired thermal paste that I was using. I didn’t even know thermal paste expires-I wasn’t taught this in my 9 months of computer tech training. Anyway, it runs perfectly quiet now. No more jets taking off constantly

Given that even expensive thermal paste such as this is only $7.50, you wont save much money by buying a cheaper paste. However, this is a very small amount of paste so you have to be careful to apply it right the first time because there might not be enough left for a second attempt. It spreads very easily so this should not be too much of an issue.

Works nearly as well as liquid metal with less drama.

From reading the reviews this is the best stuff within reasonable prices. I came from the artic silver lineage and this stuff is thicker. Rather than spread with the spatula, I think I will do the dot and smoosh method next time. A lot can be wasted if this expensive product by using a spatula, credit card, or finger in a bag

Easy to use and performs well.

Predator Helios 300 (2019) is my daily driver. Idle temps were not so high as it hover around 55 Degrees, But when gaming it immediately shoots up to 95 on CPU and 86 on GPU. Finally fed-up and brought this amazing product. Idle temps went down to 47 Degrees immediately, but was skeptical on heavy gaming performance. Booted up Valhalla and played for 30 min for checking.. CPU average temps were 75 and GPU didnt even cross 65 degrees. Tried with RDR 2 and stress tested the system with similar results.. Highly Recommended to all fellow gamers.

I ran out of my typical and great, Antec Diamond spread. I cannot find that anymore, but if you can find a diamond paste - get that! I first applied some old Dynex Silver I had lying around and my 10920X had gone from 28 degrees for the package, to 34 idle! I also removed the old paste and oriented the AIO so that the name is horizontal, then I applied this.

I use this stuff on every pc I build and every time I change my cooler. Standard paste would do the job but if you want that little bit more potential this is the stuff. Ive never had any dry out and degradation is very slow
