Expensive, compared to other solution but very well constructed and it worked as explained in the video. I would have needed a little more lubricant to give it a 5 star.

This flashing is easy to install and really well made. Eventually, Im going to replace all my vent flashings with these. Theyre pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Most Roof Pipe Flashings crack around the collar and cause a leak into your house, even though these are more expensive you will not need to have a roofer replace the pipe flashing every 5-10yrs. and since most roofs last 30yrs youll need to have them replaced, 3-4 times during the life of the roof, with this - its one and done. Even on a 50yr. shingle this will last as long as the roof and it fits any pitch of roof. Im a roofer and these are the best pipe flashings, Ive never needed to replace one of these from Ultimate Pipe Flashing. They also make a Easy Sleeve that slides into a galvanized pipe (or any pipe that needs extended of of the roof) that used on older houses to extend the pipe, since the minimum requirement is normally 8 above the roof. They just dont sell them on Amazon yet, you need to visit there website to order them.

Outstanding- will use again. Make sure you lube the pipe with provided silicone and install right away. It seals so tight it would be difficult to move if you delay this installation. Amazing product and will last for years in comparison to the ones you see at the box stores/hardware stores.

Roofing company thought I was crazy when I told them how much I paid for these boots but after seeing them and installing them they said they were really good boots and that they liked the looks and ease of install as well as having extra protection vs standard cheap boot.
