If I could have given this 0 stars I would have especially on the scent. I ordered the Sweet Orange Vanilla expecting to smell just like the detangler I use of the same brand and scent for my daughters hair and this lotion smelt absolutely horrible like it was rancid. I couldnt smell any hint of orange or vanilla at all. And as for effectiveness I tested a small bit on my own arm thinking maybe it would smell different after it was applied and dried down but no, it still stunk and my arm doesnt feel moisturized at all. So I dont know if I just happened to get a bad bottle or what but I wont repurchase this online again. Which is a shame because I use the Sweet Almond shampoo and conditioner and Sweet Orange Vanilla Hair detangler all for my daughters hair and we both love those products. But unfortunately this lotion is a big pass for us.

I ordered the vanilla citrus scent and while it is light, refreshing, and reasonably priced, it doesnt smell anything like the claimed scent and actually smells pretty bad. I would order again in the unscented version.

I love this scent in the other honest product, but the lotion does not smell good or like orange/vanilla.

This stuff smells awful, it doesn’t soak into the skin well either, leaves a bunch of white streaks. This item can’t be returned so I essentially threw away money on this because this garbage lotion went straight to the trash, where it belongs. Do not buy this.

So I do love the brand I’ve used other products from this company, but this face and body lotion was a big flop for me. Scent is like a citrus chemical plastic smell. First applying it’s sticky then is dries but I didn’t feel very moisturized. The packaging is nice bottle is smooth and came sealed pretty bottle design. Over all I won’t buy this again.

The Amazing smell ( Sweet orange and vanilla) of the honest lotion we love and it leaves SJ’s skin so soft! Great, Great product!! We have used the lotion and the body wash / shampoo. We have never had a problem with any of the Honest products! I’d give it a 10 +!!

I have the vanilla/orange scented bubble bath AND body wash and they smell SO good, this lotion is basically unscented. It smells like the plastic container. Super disappointed. And I ordered 2 :(

I love Honest brands shampoo, conditioner, and spray detangler. The scents are amazing but without harsh chemicals or fragrance. HOWEVER, the lotion smells NOTHING like the same scent found in these other products. It does, to me, smell like something has gone bad (as others mentioned in reviews). The lotion works great but I can’t get over the scent issue!

Love the honest company. This lotion smells wonderful and moisturizes well and is not harsh at all.

It smells nice, but is a little thin for my liking. Probably would not buy again.
