> 24 hourLove the product everything about it the only issue i wanna report is with amazon instead of leaving it on my door step which would have been safer and well appreciated they dropped it off up against my white picket fence cats dogs alike mess around there and anyone could be walking by see that up against the fence and took it or someone could have opened the fence and damaged the product cuz of the brick walkway so please just deliver it to the door next time

> 24 hourSo I first ordered a 16gb kit in 2020, and recently ordered another 16gb kit in 2021, as you can see in the pic one kit (older one) has hotspots and the new doesnt, so they seem as if theyre not the same kit. If youre considering buying 16gb and then buy another 16gb just buy the 32gb kit, or go for some Corsair RAM.

> 24 hourRgb is great, I had a small problem with getting the pc to work when I installed these. It would just black screen and never try to POST or boot then once i only had one in it worked and then after the first boot I put in both, it turns out it’s not 3200mhz it’s actually 2400mhz but oh well now

> 24 hourI originally bought one pack (2 x 8GB) and put them in slots 2 & 4 as per my motherboard instructions. Everything was fine. RGB was fully lit and synched with my other ARGB lights. I decided to upgrade to 32GB and added two more sticks (same 2 x 8GB). Now the RGB on sticks 2 & 4 only light up half way. Ive read on other reviews and various forums that there are RGB issues where they dont sync, dont change colors or stop working all together. Ive only had them for 2 weeks and everything works so far except the LEDs on the bottom half of those 2 cards. Not sure what to do about it.

> 24 hourSleek a little bit large nice lighting but very pricey. I learned the hard way that it doesnt work with my other pair of RAM I have an Alienware r11 with two RTX 2090 super and the ram needed to upgrade I wanted 64 gigs with two separate ram companies I could only run one or the other its sad that they cant be universally compatible.
