The bottle calls for you to take 1 each day the first week, 2 the second week, working to 4 each day..but the 90 in the bottle will not last for 3 months that way so beware. You are going to run out, taking the recommended dose, after the first month. I have not seen any visible results and there are no returns. I feel like I was duped.

The product definitely works and worth the price. Because of the high price I have heard of black market knock offs. Buyer beware, be sure you are buying the real thing!

People. I have taken two months of this product, and the light bulb Shawn on me... How the HELL would we know if this product works unless we were able to have a doctor measure our telomeres before and after??!!! My point is, DONT TRUST ANY PRODUCT that claims to increase your telomeres unless you have ACTUAL PROOF it works... Take example -- blood pressure meds You can see the results by using a blood pressure machine after taking the product for approximately a month... Telomere increasing formulas are LIES in my opinion unless you can prove it through blood work ..

The TA-65 product is well worth the price. I started taking a low dose last month. I needed to take 3 capsules each day to start feeling young again. Im going to continue with 4 capsules per day for 5 months then go on a lower dose for maintenance from then on. Get a before and 12 mo after Telomere blood lab test when you start taking TA65.

Seems to help but way over priced

I tried TA 65 for over a year and spent a fortune to see if theres a change in my age. Unfortunately, I only see very little to no different at all. Regardless of whether or not it worked for some, Epitalon is way more effective telomerase activator and has more science support that it even rebuild telomeres in somatic cells. Do not waste your money on TA-65 as they are nothing more than a piece from Astragalus. And Astragalus is Astragalus and you can buy that for a whole lot less.

Didnt work, so I did some research about basic biology. Guys, your stem cells and your germline cells (eggs/sperm) are the only cells in your body that produce telomerase (the telomere extender enzyme). The reason that none of your other cells have these is that mutations are inevitable during cell division, and if a cell can divide forever, it WILL become cancerous eventually. Your stem cells produce brand-new cells when the old ones are worn out and killed off by your immune system. One of the strategies cancer uses to be immortal is, in fact, telomerase expression. This product literally offers cancer cells a helping hand. Just eat salad and exercise and youll age less.
