> 24 hourHard to assemble without any written instructions because parts require more force to shove together. Thought i had it together incorrectly , tried to undo and it would not some apart . No written instructions so I had to wait and call customer service after the weekend and found out that it doesnt come apart after connecting and that force is necessary to shove parts together. Works great ! Love it ! So much easier and efficient than getting on hands and knees washing , rinsing and drying ! Utube hack showed me how to cut off the barbs on the solution dispenser cap to reuse and make my own solution . Usually dries clean, but needed to change pads more when cleaning my kitty litter area with litter dust . ( can also use golf- type socks , wash and reuse to save money on pad refills . I highly recommend the wet jet - price is right also .

> 24 hourSo I already owned a Swiffer Sweeper mop (the green on that doesn’t spray) so I had a fair idea regarding the quality of the product. Long story short it’s a solid mop for the price point. Are there better mops out there? Yeah of course but for a mop in the mid $20 range it’s hard to beat. In my opinion the reason they sell this for such a low price is because they intend to make their profits over the long run with disposable pad and cleaning solution refills. In business school they called this the disposable razor strategy, give away a cheap razor and make your money over the long run selling cartridges… That said I’ve got a couple hacks that can make it so you don’t end up spending $100+ over the life of your mop. I wish I could take credit for them but I honestly saw a youtube video and I’m just parlaying the info into this review haha. First things first though let me cover a few of the pro’s and con’s. Pros: - It’s very lightweight & easy to move around for cleaning. Also comes with a swivel head which makes it convenient to get into tight spaces - It’s reasonably compact so it’s easy to find a place to store it. - It comes with batteries for the handle trigger so you don’t have to go to the store to get them. Cons: - The cleaning solution and disposable pad refills are expensive - The disposable pads don’t pick up a lot and really only work well for light messes. - It’s not a super durable mop so I imagine I’ll have to replace it eventually Money Saving Hacks: Tip 1: To save a ton of money on the cleaning solution you can just cut a small hole in the back of a cleaning solution bottle and then refill it with whatever cleaning solution you want. I personally just use vinegar with a little dawn soap and it works great for me. Then just use a standard cork (good excuse to drink a bottle of wine) to plug the hole. Tip 2: Buy some quality microfiber pads for the mop. There are a handful of companies (on amazon) that sell reusable microfiber pads for the Wet Jet mop. I personally bought the Turbo kind but searching reusable wet jet pads on Amazon brings up a ton of different options. Once you’ve got some reusable microfiber pads just throw them in your laundry with your towels and you’ll save a literal fortune on disposable pads while also making the mop way more effective. Obviously it depends on how often you clean and how large your place is but personally I’m saving over $20 a month by doing the two above things while still getting all the convenience of the wet jet mop.

> 24 hourThe spray that comes with it is great for various types of tile, linoleum, etc. But I use Orange Glo for hardwood (& fake wood) floors. The pads still work perfectly!!

> 24 hourHavent tried out the unit yet, but mine did not come with batteries. States it comes with 4 AA batteries. No batteries included and my unit took 2 AA batteries so a little misleading with their information.

> 24 hourI absolutely love this! I love how easy and convenient it is to use. I’m not a fan of having to buy more pads for it.. next time around I’ll go with the fabric, reusable pads that are more eco friendly
