Several years ago, we got resident passes for a theme park. It was spring and the days were warm. I borrowed a couple of fans that you wear around your neck. My husband poo-pooed them. The fan is quiet and puts out a great deal of air.

The fan features three distinct power levels, each effectively blowing air. However, the higher the level, the louder it gets. While it does produce noise, its still efficient. The swivel head isnt ideal, as it doesnt smoothly rotate but rather loosens like a screw. A true swivel would be preferred for adjusting without feeling loose. Great wind output. Safer option for my toddler–who loves putting fingers into fans. The legs are easy to bend and stays in that form until remolded.
