> 3 dayThese bands are comfortable and I like that they are adjustable. I like the different options in the variety packs, I’ve gotten many compliments. My only complaint is it’s hard to tighten the band once it’s on your wrist. I typically have to make it really tight and force it on my wrist because I can easily loosen it once it’s on, but not tighten it.
