We got the naked Boppy and figured we could always buy a cover later if we decided we wanted one...which of course we did. We were about to buy the Boppy brand but saw that these had great reviews and were half the price (since you get 2 for the same price). So happy we went with these instead. They are soft, stretchy, fit the Boppy perfectly, and do the job. Not as cute designs, but not terrible either. We havent had them long to see how theyll hold up, and I do have some concern of them ripping at the seams in some areas (also based on other reviews) but only time will tell.

***update. Not waterproof It is super soft and fits the pillow great. I cant speak for it being waterproof or not because Ive never paid attention to that feature. I havent seen any stains on the pillow and my son does frequently spit up, so maybe?
