> 3 dayOnce in a great while, life will surprise you with a great invention. This is one of those inventions. I was an upset person everytime I used the clear wrap out of the box from the store. You know exactly what I mean. It would work sometimes but most times it was a wrestling match to cut the darn thing straight or uncurl the corners because they would stick back under to the cling wrap. By the time one dish or bowl was covered, your mood and fingers were put thru the wringer. Look no more, the dispenser is a dream. You laugh or smile just to see it. Your time is saved by minutes to do something else. It is a joyous occasion to touch it and use it because it works so well. There are seldom things in your life that make you happy to use like this light weight dispenser. Be happy once again and let your life sing with joy by purchasing a great invention we should all own. You will not regret purchasing this item ever and that comes from my heart. Thank you Amazon for Prime Delivery and putting a smile on my face sooner rather then later.

> 3 dayThis is a product I didnt know I needed until one time visiting my sister I saw her use it when getting ready to store our leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner. I have always hated using plastic wrap because I would wrestle with its sticking to itself and anywhere else except where I wanted it to stick, being very difficult to apply to the bowl I wanted it to cover. When I saw my sister use this device, I was sold. I went home and immediately ordered one. It is easy to use and works perfectly.

> 3 dayI have always had trouble with plastic wrap, Im left handed and felt that might have something to do with the wrestling match I endured.Tried every brand, the heavy verses the thin, and heavy was better, but not good. Now that Im a senior citizen with arthritis in my hands plastic wrap was a nightmare. Im back to finding new uses for plastic wrap now that it is a dream to use with WrapN Snap dispenser. It does take up more space and does not fit in the spot I kept the box type in. I have left it on the counter and this has worked out better. Im using it more. I had gotten into the habit of using zip lock bags for items that a quick wrap would do. An example is taking medication on the go. Plastic wrapped pills in the pocket is better than a qt. bag in the pocket. When packing for a trip I used plastic wrap instead of bags for many items like an extra pair of shoes that may soil clean clothing do well wrapped, takes up less room than air filled bags.

Greater than one weekI’d give the wrap’n snap 6 stars if I could. Makes food prep a joy and helps avoid waisted plastic wrap. Planning to buy more as gifts in the future. Thanks to Ina Garten for the inspiration to buy this.

> 3 day...Ive spent the last 35 or 40 years of my life cussing every brand of plastic wrap Ive ever used. Cant tell you how many hours of my life Ive wasted trying to unfold/unstick/unwad wrap after tearing it off using the cutter thats built into the box. And even worse, having to take the roll OUT of the box and patiently search for & free the end when it disappears back into the box. I found this gadget on Amazon and ordered one, and the recommended Stretch-Tite wrap. All I can say is I wish I had this thing 30 years ago. It does what it says, and does it WELL. The wrap is cut cleanly, there is no folding over or wadding up, and the wrap does NOT slip back down inside the dispenser the way it can with the cardboard boxes. You just gently press down on the lid and its cut. That simple. One thing I really like is you can use the heel of your hand to push the lid down and make the cut - this is great when you are wrapping up say raw chicken pieces to put in the freezer, since you never have to touch the machine with your chicken-juice-covered fingers. Doing this with the cardboard-box dispensers, Id have to stop & wash my hands before tearing off the next piece of wrap so I wouldnt get chicken juice all over the box. Believe me, thats a time-saver. What can I say, this gadget impressed me so much I ordered 2 more to give as gifts! If you hate trying to untangle plastic wrap this is exactly what you need. People have asked if brands of wrap other than Stretch-Tite will work - Im going to post an answer to that in the Questions section for this product. Check that answer to see if your wrap brand will fit.

> 3 dayI also have bought this as gifts and everyone uses and likes it. Mine has moved with me from one home to another and another and if it were to disappear Id immediately get another one. So today I bought another one as a gift for a foodie that I work with. If you follow the instructions - pull the wrap out and over the container that will be covered, this works well. But if you just pull it off and plan to carry it to the bowl, it wont work. Then you might as well use the tear-off on the box that the wrap comes in. So the trick is to read the instructions and use it that way. There is a separate one for aluminum foil which I also have an also like. In fact, I use that more often as I use foil more often. That is called Wrap Master Foil. Later - Well, it looks like theres no longer a separate one for foil. I checked out the companys web site and it says that theyre out of stock but I think this is permanent. It looks like you can use the plastic wrap type for foil, too. I just checked the two out as I have both and the blades look the same.

> 3 dayNice & heavy. It also fits into the kitchen drawer but I had to lay it down sideways to have it fit. To fill you only need to drop your roll of plastic wrap into the cradle. Just drop in your roll, close the lid & you are done. Pretty good product. I currently have a roll of Glad Cling Wrap 200 and it works fine. I do have a roll of Stretch-tite Wrap but I havent opened that one yet, so the Glad Cling Wrap works just as well. I really dont think it matters which style of wrap you use. How would the product know you are using the *wrong* wrap? As long as it doesnt go over 200 I dont believe there would be an issue. Now we need more dispensers that will work as easily for wax paper & foil. They used to sell a trio of cutters - plastic wrap, foil & wax paper at QVC but I believe they no longer carry them. Oh well, thisll do. Thisll do just fine. I have read on other sites that if you inadvertently use foil in this product, it will dull the cutting blade. Dont see why though since I sharpen my scissors by cutting through layers of foil. How the foil would *dull* the cutting blade is beyond me but I will use it for now only for plastic wrap. Fair price for a good product. So far. Any problems I may have in the future I will be sure to update this review. Have a good day.

> 3 dayThis is my second dispenser--identical--but whereas the first one was very effective in cutting the wrap evenly when I pressed the top down, this one is not. I loved the first one and had it for years before a part broke. This replacement looks exactly the same, but doesnt work as well in cutting off even strips of wrap.

> 3 dayExcellent design, super easy to use, dispenses perfectly. Slightly bigger than hoped but it’s fine. Designed for the large 750’ Costco rolls.
