I thought the reusable straws Ive been using for iced tea were perfectly clean after soaking them in hot soapy water and rinsing them well -- until I tried one of these brushes. I was surprised by the amount of brown residue that came out of the first straw I used it on that I thought was already clean. The residue rinsed right out of the brush with no noticeable staining, and the brush looked new again after a quick wash. The brush length is perfect for my straws, allowing me to easily clean the entire inside of each straw from one end without having to repeat from the other end. I push the brush all the way through and then twist the straw as I pull the brush back out, and that seems to give a good cleaning. Im very happy with the product and its price.

Repeated uses of drink tumblers that have straws sooner or later will get a build up of deposits from any fluids other than plain water. These cleaners can reach through those long straws, plastic or stainless steel, and really get them clean and free of any gunk or mold. I highly recommend and the price is great .

Work well

Great value, good number of brushes, either 8 or 10 brushes. Brushes work just like they are suppose to!

The length is perfit for the long straws in drink glasses but the wire handle is weak and bends very easily.

These work great for cleaning straws but theyre a little thick to get into the hard plastic mouth pieces in some water bottles. Its ok, I have smaller ones for that. Overall I think theyre a great value for the price and Im sure Ill buy them again.

I wasnt expecting these to be as sturdy as they are. I use them to clean out the spout of contigo kids cups and they have been great at keeping them clean. I have been using the same one from the pack for a month now without any need to replace it.
