St Joseph Statue for Selling Homes with Instruction Card and Novena Prayer Complete Kit

I was disappointed that the instructions didnt have how to bury the statue. Some people said upside down, some have said laying down, and some standing up. I didnt know what to do.

My home has been in the market for 20+ days and I haven’t received any offers and only a few home showings. I’m giving it its stars because nothing was wrong with the card or plastic statue.

Buried it Thursday upside down and sold house on Sunday. It worked!!

This statue did its job as intended. Durable too. My dog ate it and then pooped it out whole. Used my wife’s toothbrush to scrub it clean with a 50/50 Dawn and bleach solution. Other than a small dark spot on the back of his head, which could be a manufacturer defect, it looks like new.

I was having a problem getting an offer on my home...my real estate agent friend laughing told me she heard a story about a home selling kit that someone got and used and their home sold not too long after. This product is not effective in permanent posture correction. It can be painful to wear and instructions say not to wear it more than a couple hours at a time.
