> 24 hourUsing this bit in a router table with adequate dust collection. The top cut is nice and clean, but the underside cut is ragged. Even with the dust collection, it throws a lot of these shredded wheat shavings around. Causing me to have to stop and vacuum after every cut. Not great for time management. More expensive bits do not do this. For the money, it is sharp, it does cut and it gets the job done, but it adds time when you have to sand edges and clean up the mess.

> 24 hourThis was my first spiral flush trim bit and am very impressed. It seems to cut so much faster and cleaner that the 2 flute bits I have been using for MDF guitar templates. For the price, its a no brainer buy.

> 24 hourI was excited to use this router bit. Unfortunately it broke after cutting about 10” of wood. I was cutting out a pattern in soft 1/2” plywood and the bearings flew off. This damaged my template and the piece I was cutting. Not sure what holds the bearings on but I found them on floor on a pile of sawdust. Very glad they didn’t fly off and hit me.

> 24 hourBearings came apart after just a few uses. Switched to a Diablo flush bit 3 flute and that’s been working strong weeks now. I bought three bits from you. All three the bearings came off.

> 24 hourSharp long lasting bit. We use them for cutting window and door openings out when framing. Used with a trim router. I havent used in my big router yet.

> 24 hourGot the bit to route off the bullnose off stairs for hardwood install instead of cutting. The bit proved useless in that as it could not handle the 1 oak boards and just would not cut it. If you planning on making thick templates or routing hardwood look for something else.
