This product had multiple problems - the wheels on the bucket wouldnt turn, the pull handle kept coming loose, and there were no instructions for assembling the mop. I couldnt figure out how to attach the mop head and get it to stay on. The sparse English instructions appeared to have been translated from Chinese in freetranslation.com. Save yourself time and aggravation and spend a few more dollars on the Amazon best-seller O-Cedar spin mop. I returned this one.

The product was easy to assemble and easy to maneuver, however, it was shipped with a missing part. It was a very important part because it kept the water in the bucket & was supposed to make emptying the water easier. So I reached out to the company & was told it was out of stock. I returned the item.

Bucket broke after a week but it’s nice and would be great if it worked

This is not a good mop. I got this to replace my hurricane spin mop and wish Id just gotten another one of those because it lasted me years and i loved it. The main thing that had drawn me to this one is the foot pedal on the mop bucket because i like that so much about my hurricane one and on This one the foot pedal doesnt even work! It wont spin the mop at all no matter what Ive tried everything. is not sturdy at all and feels like its going to break so easily. The mop it self gets stuck sideways where youve got to use your foot to straighten it to even get it in the bucket its just awful i really dont like this mop at all. Very disappointed because i was hoping to be upgrading from my last and sadly i downgraded a lot.

Bought because of the price for what you get. It was easy to use and came with a scrubbing head and 5 microfiber heads that are machine washable. Havent washed any yet so cannot vouch for their durability but it was an excellent option at a great price.

Mop handle locks in one position when trying to mop. Very Disappointed

I dont know how long it will last. If you dont get it just right when you are washing it in the buck it will strip the center out. It is a pain to have to flip the lever on the pole or mop with it going up and down. Plus depending on how you move you might like the mop pad at a angle. In which case you have to straighten it before you put it back in the water or spin dry. For me all of that is annoying, slows me down and doesnt help me at all. Oh and it doesnt get in corners of the base boards. It does do a good job cleaning were it can. It is just not what I wanted.
