Does for where y push into object

I was looking for something to just sit my laptop on so when I’m on video I’m not looking down. This is a great investment. I’ve been telling all my co-workers to buy one.

I’ve been teaching virtually and my laptop kept getting overheated from extended time on videochat running programs. My laptop still gets hot, but not nearly as often. This stand cut down the overheating by about 80%, I would estimate. The only thing I would complain about is that the two little edges that come up on the front are right where I usually rest my wrists. They are not a nice edge to have pressed against my wrist, but if I scoot my laptop a little bit forward and up, it rests more on top of them (the nice nonstick padding helps), so it’s not that big of a deal. Overall a very good buy! If your laptop is overheating, this will totally help!

This stand came in three pieces in a flat box and was very easy to assemble. The pieces just slide together. This is the perfect height to get my laptop at eye level. Its sturdy enough that my laptop doesnt bounce or jiggle when I move my desk or open or close the laptop. The top of the stands arms are lined with padding/rubber so my laptop feels secure. this is exactly what I was looking for.

Works great. Feels strong. Just the right height for a good video conference angle.
