It was hard but I found what I needed with Solaray, The amount my Dr. recomended I take was 1000mg of calcium daily, and with this product I can do that with one Capsul and also get needed trace elements of Magnesium, & Zink that helps to promote prostate health. With other calcium products on the market I would have to swallow a hand full of their pills to equal the 1000mg I now take with just 1 capsul. Thank you Solaray!
