At first I thought the difference wasn’t major, but once I installed it…… it’s mandatory!!! Should have been incorporated into the original design.

it is essential, the most useful thing you can buy, in fact sony should hire the engineers who made this piece

This is a must have. The handle is so small and when trying to mount a monitor, you’re not gonna get anything done with out this

Amazing addition to my fx3 makes the camera feel more like a rig set up

When I got this camera with this handle I was immediately disappointed with the grip and the plasticky feel. I knew I wanted the audio but was not impressed with this. I understand that they would not put this out in plastic if it wasnt able to hold the weight and be durable but it just adds to the cheapness. And the grip was just horrible. I dont have much I want to put on this but just wanted to see if this item could alleviate these gripes.

Pretty much a no brainer purchase for the FX3. Handle feels WAY better and that extra length was Mando.I just found a Kondor blue cage today that fits the rest of the camera so its perfect!
