I have a few of these rods from various makers, but these are A grade. It’s like the lego of 15mm rods in a sea of mega blocks and other copycat bricks. Smooth and pleasant to the touch, effective for all your rigging needs or making some DIY weighted Arnis/ESCRIMA sticks, you will find a use for this somewhere.

Light weight but still sturdy. These do have the screw on at the ends.
