> 3 daywe got this computer broken in December and they took 3 months to help by having us ship it back to get it fixed and we got it back still broken. they were incredibly hard to get in contact with and just extremally unhelpful. in the small moments where the computer did work it was great but it overall sucked

> 3 dayBrand new made horrible noise. Turned out some of the wires inside were rubbing against the fan. Caught and repaired early enough to not cause damage but disappointed in QA.

01-11-2024Excellent PC for not just gaming, but everyday internet usage, work or school. Comes with a checklist of quality assurance, very easy setup and a keyboard/mouse. Wifi antennas worked perfectly. It comes safely packaged, with cushioning inside the machine to protect all the components and cables. They also shipped VERY quickly, just as advertised. Do not hesitate to purchase a machine from this company if it’s within your budget, just go ahead and jump right on it.
