Good product and received what was advertised and so far its pretty perfect. Only problem was, is that the fan is kind of loud but I can deal with it since I have pretty good headphones. 4/5

IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCT OFF AMAZON BUT NOT FROM SKYTECHS APPROVED SELLERS LIST THEY WILL NOT HONOR A WARRANTY. Couple things right out of the box make this machine a bad call. 1. No integrated video card so you must run any monitor or tv off the gpu only 2. The power supply vent and fan is on the bottom so can not be placed on a carpet 3. The way the fans are set up you only have 1 intake which is covered and only intakes through the tiny holes in the front. That being said yes there are a bunch of exhaust fans but they are just removing hot air from in the machine barley any fresh room temp air is entering making the other 3 fans pretty useless waste of power 4. No upgrade capabilities I mean you can add 2 more ram sticks but that is it basic mother board 5. The over all customer support and tech support are terrible and rude. I have had to contact them 4 times now with issues. 2 people had no idea what they were talking about like at all had to youtube my answers. 1 person was so rude and basically just refused to give me support just kept not answering my questions and not trying to find out and help just wanted off the phone. 1 person though he was like the guys you talked to have no idea what they were talking about. How much time you got? We will fix these issues in 20 mins and he did so 1 out of 4 people were helpful the other 3 were useless and or careless. I wound not recommend buying from this company.

Let me just start off by saying that I dont know much about PCs, and I was worried about taking the leap to purchase one, even after doing a couple weeks of research AND asking my hardcore PC gamer friends for advice. However, I am super impressed and so thankful that I chose this one! It is sooo worth the money! I started getting into PC gaming not too long ago, mainly playing Minecraft, and much more recently, Valorant. Both games ran like garbage on my old laptop, so I decided to upgrade - and let me tell you that this PC has not missed a BEAT! The only issues Ive ever had with Valorant on this PC were due to internal issues with the game itself, not the PC. No lag AT ALL - same goes for Minecraft and a few smaller games Ive played. Everything runs absolutely great! I will say I was a little worried when I opened the box up (I was hoping it hadnt gotten damaged during shipping), but it was actually packaged really nicely and came with a nice quick start guide, which was really useful for me, considering Ive never set up a gaming PC before. Everything was hooked up properly internally, so it was plug and play after getting everything arranged the way I wanted on my desk, and I instantly loved the RGB lights! Theyre awesome! You can change the colors just by pressing a button on the top of the PC. I leave mine on the solid rainbow setting most of the time, but there are so many colors you can rotate through! The other nice thing is that it has a lot of open space inside, so I could definitely upgrade it as needed, and theres 5 cooling fans! It never gets hot (even after HOURS of playing Valorant) and is pretty quiet. The mouse and keyboard included are okay - Im sure most pro gamers will want to upgrade, but for now, they work good for me. Coupled with my new 24 Sceptre Edgeless Curved monitor, its a perfect match for me. If I ever need to purchase another PC in the future, Id definitely buy one again from Skytech!

Ive been using this PC for about one week now and its been running smoothly with no problems. Its a great starter PC for entry level gamers and offers space for customization down the road. Definitely a great buy!

Okay so i ordered this computer about a week ago and just got it yesterday. I love the look and everything; however, i got a blue screen today saying that it ran into some errors. After restarting it, i went into the settings and looked over all the specs. I noticed that it said there was only 8 gb of ram installed and it says in the description of the computer on Amazon that there should be 16 gb of ram. For the price, it shouldn’t have any errors within a day of receiving. Will update review if i can talk to customer support and see what they say

Plug and play ready for gaming, you can easily upgrade any pc components you so desire, which you won’t really need to. The 500gb SSD isn’t the most storage space, but it can hold a few big games, plus side is you can buy a secondary SSD and plug in as secondary storage. Pc runs fast abs clear. No harsh wait times, game updates are really fast, and I get great FPS for even the more large games.

I purchased this PC for some simple gaming. When it arrived it worked fine for a couple of weeks, then started having issues shutting off randomly. After contacting customer service we spent a week going back and forth trying numerous tests to try and fix the issue. Finally, it was determined they couldnt fix it and I was told to send the PC back for a replacement.
