Amazing bass!!!!!

Maybe I am not a headphones guy. I have had these for nearly 3 years and probably have 5 hours on them - in 15-minute increments. Thats about as long as I can stand having these things on my head. I have tried them with different sources, and different types of music, and always found them to be heavy and fatiguing. After sitting in a drawer for over a year, I dug them out again when I bought a Shiit Magni Headphone Amp and thought Id try again. Running directly from a vintage, high-end CD player to the Magni, the sound is definitely better than coming directly from a phone or computer, but still dull. Even with the haptic bass turned all the way down, the low frequencies are thuddy and heavy-handed. Dave Brubeck Quartets classic Take Five, a staple of audiophile test tracks, is muddy and lacks width in the soundstage, even though the instrument position is quite apparent. The drums sit firmly at my left temple, the sax sits above my left eye, and the piano bumps along down by my right earlobe, there is no air left with the exaggerated midbass. I am weary of the song before it reaches the end of its 5:24 length. I cannot imagine how anyone could stand to wear them with the haptic bass turned all the way up. It would be like sticking your head in a washing machine full of bricks.

These are well built, I have kicked them off of my bed (accidentally) and not a single scratch, also the sound quality is good , you need a good Equalizer application on your device for good quality dont blame it on the hardware its not headphones issue when you can tweak it to your preference, bass is Monster and comfortable around head and ears , extend the size for better comfort, theyre light weight not heavy or bulky on head, people complained a lot about its bad quality but honestly theres nothing as such theyre built to last easily the best in this price segment! Buttons are tactile and not at all mushy to use.

Love them

The issue for these is they definitely do not noise cancel at all and the bluetooth connection is horrible. If you walk more than a few feet away from the device you are connected to they completely flake out. This headset has also caused my bluetooth card on my home pc to crash so i only use with my phone. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Only bad thing was that I had to have them replaced after a few months because one of the headphones snapped, Im happy Amazon and Skullcandy honored the 3 year warranty.

Overall great wish could be louder

Buena calidad de audio, en mi caso que vivo en una ciudad calurosa y bastante húmeda, provoca que te queden las orejas un poco húmedas, el nivel del subwoofer es bastante bueno, el color y el acabado de los audífonos se acopla bastante bien al costo del producto, la batería dura bastante tiempo, pero bastante!!!

I use these for work so noise cancelling isn’t great lawn mowing and trimming. However off the equipment it’s very good. The bass, battery life and sound quality are great. Highly recommend

I love to have the ability to modify the bass on the go, really good headset for movies and even gaming. The audio cable quality sucks and stoped working almost right away but the rest is fine.
