> 24 hourWe bought the SK Hynix nvme drive and within 3 months, the drive broke. We understand that things will break but the customer service is poor. We told Amazon and it is out of the return period thus we try to contact SK Hynix in America since it is under the 5 years warranty. When we manage to contact SK Hynix America and the lady answered and replied.

> 24 hourJust to confirm for those who wonder if 1TB is black or green. The one I purchased is now black. They have updated from the gross green. This was purchased on February 2022.

> 24 hourI saw on AnandTech that this SSD is built with the latest 128-layer NAND flash technology by a major supplier that makes both DRAM and NAND. There were also comments below on its great power efficiency and performance being on par with the Samsung 970 EVO plus. From being about to buy the WD Black SN750, I switched to purchasing this drive instead, and was surprised to see the benchmarks coming in better than the specs! Would recommend to anyone needing a new SSD.

> 24 hourSK hynix has been around for a while and it is known as one of the three RAM chip manufacturers...so it could well be in your system RAM.

> 24 hourIve been using this as a secondary gaming drive for about 8 months with no complaints. My first 512GB SSD only held Windows and a couple of games, while the rest of my games were installed on regular mechanical hard drives. Since my motherboard has two M.2 slots, I was able to just install this as a secondary drive without needing to reinstall Windows, and then move games over to it. Games load much faster on this drive and Steam game updates also apply much faster.

> 24 hourI decided to install this in my Dell XPS 9370. It was feeling a little slow on the stock SSD after four years of use. Even after a fresh install of Windows it was still feeling slow. Because of this I decided to look for an upgraded drive. After a lot of research I settled on this drive due to the performance, low power consumption, and price. After installing this SSD my laptop felt like new. Boot time is so much faster and everything is so much more responsive. I’d recommend this drive as an upgrade in your laptop or as a boot drive in your multi drive PC. If you device does support faster NVME standards than it may be worth it to upgrade to the new platinum series from SK Hynix but otherwise this drive is great.

> 24 hourIve been using a Hynix 500 GB NVME P31 as a boot drive for almost 2 months. I installed in a Gigabyte Z370 motherboard as a retrofit, replacing the boot and swap partitions on my existing hard drive. OS is Kubuntu 20.04 LTS. The drive runs cool. Booting and application load performance are consistently good. Good endurance ratings, at 500 TBW. Great value with the 15% off coupon when I bought it. No regrets. I would buy this drive again.
