> 3 dayI bought both the heating lightbulb and 2 lamps. All are phenomenal and very sturdy. The lamp itself has a super strong grip which was my main concern because I didnt want it to fall into my tank. It also rotates and holds its place easily. The lightbulb is heavy and good quality. I have a 50gallon tank and 1 lamp/bulb heats the whole 1 side of the tank perfectly. I havent left it on long enough to test its limits I just use it for temp control for my hermit crabs and turn it off around 75-80. FYI the heating bulb makes the metal lamp shade thingy really hot, which should have been obvious to me but I was just really excited putting it together and burned my fingers a little bit trying to turn it.

> 3 dayFirst time ordering this color I usually get the white ones. Thought I was getting a good deal but I see why these were so cheap. The 100 watt barely feels like it’s on. I would no recommend I’d rather have bought the $25 one from Petsmart.

> 3 dayThis is a great little heat source for my off season chicks and there is no light. Things can be fairly close to it without melting like a regular heat lamp.

> 3 dayI found that I have to vent the box my chicks are in because it gets a bit too hot. As for longevity, this is my first time trying a bulb like this so I have no idea how long they should last. Hopefully will keep my chicks warm through winter.

> 3 dayI used these to heat my outdoor kennels during the winter. The dogs stayed toasty and they made it all winter. These are worth the money a great value
