I had my Tupperware pastry mat for years! I always had to hold down the corners with something heavy. It wasnt easy to clean and when I moved I finally threw it away. I found this one and purchased in time to make my Thanksgiving pies. I love it! It lays down flat. It cleaned up very easy.

I make sourdough bread and it can be sticky at first before you start working it. Not with this mat. I am able to knead my dough without any problems. My husband use to use an old hard plastic rolled up mat that wouldnt stay flat whenever he made his pizza dough. One time with this and the rolled up mat went into the garbage. So many great colors is the bonus. We really like this one!

I’m very happy with this mat. It rolls up for storage but is heavy and flexible enough that it doesn’t try to curl up, lays absolutely flat. The dimension markings are so helpful. But most importantly, the mat does not move around on the counter. I’ve used it on quartz and Formica counters. Easy to clean too.

This mat is perfect for baking! It is large enough, keeps my dough all on the mat because of the ridges, easy to clean, adheres to my granite, no slipping. Great measurement markings! I love it!!
