I am using this product for rolling out my pie dough. It doesnt slip and it stays flat. I also like the charts that are on it.

It is really stick to the countertop. No matter how vigorously I roll out my pastry, it stays firmly in place. The thickness and size of the pad is perfect balance for me for cushion, space to work with and storage.

Great for making and shaping dough, does not move. Love all the measuring charts. Easy to clean and store. I highly recommend it.
