While this is extremely delicious when used as intended (for instant chazuke), its also an awesome instant soup base for other uses. I sometimes just stick a bunch of stuff in a bowl (frozen wontons, chopped kale, etc) then add the soup base and boiling water. It makes for an excellent large snack or small meal. A total of 40 servings are included in this product, so its not too expensive on the whole.

Have enjoyed eating ochazuke nori since childhood. Best eaten on hot white rice and real green tea.
