These are very good, strong, cables. Unfortunately, the 7 inches was too short. Definitely ends up being shorter than you think!! LOL. I had to order 12 inches. But I still kept the 7 inch ones, too!

Take them even for working out and running and they do a pretty good job. They are a bit high on the price but at least you get the value for it
