> 3 dayCon: Better as a backpack than a water bladder (too loose for running; not secured well; too much play; slips out easily when refilling). Not recommended for strenuous exercising. Pro: Plenty of room for day trip extras. Recommended for hiking/walking only.

> 3 dayI’ve had 2 other hydration packs (other brands) and this is by far the best I’ve had. The bite pc is so easy to use and does not leak. Plus easy to clean. I bought the 2.5 liter pack and love the fit and weight. (I’m 5.8”) Used for a trip to bottom of Grand Canyon. Easy to refill with the wide opening that you can fill without taking out the water bag and add ice if you want. Love this and highly recommend.

> 3 dayMy daughter needed this for marching band practice. Shes in the color guard. Lots of movement, twirling flags and dancing. She said it didnt get in the way it bother her at all. She loves it.

> 3 dayThe straps on this backpack dont bind. The back is nicely padded. The hydration bladder has velcro straps inside the pack to hold the bladder up even when its empty. The wide moutn on the bladder makes it easy to add ice cubes of any size as well as the clean and dry it. Many pockets in different sizes as well as bungy cord type bands across the back that can be loosened of chinched up. Even has an earphone hole.

> 3 dayI ordered this in June as a birthday present and it was just opened today. The bladder was leaking and I was unable to return due to the return window being clothes. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayI received my hydration backpack yesterday and of course I had to do a mini test on it. After filling the bladder with water and securing it in the backpack pouch I would have to say that this is a very well built hydration backpack that hopefully will last me quite a bit of time. As for the mouthpiece, it is a little frustrating... when you pull the top open and try to get the water, air leaks in around the piece that moves in and out which makes it almost impossible to get a decent amount of water. I did find a trick though... if you pull the mouthpiece out then move it slightly back in you can sometimes get decent flow without air coming into the system. Id say the design team is 90% to a great quality product but just needs to find a way to seal the air gap.

> 3 dayI bought one for myself and one for my wife. We got use out of them, if you think youre only going to use it once or twice it should be fine. But they will, with rugged use, begin to leak. I use mine for skiing, its on my back when I ride the lift, it gets thrown around with the ski gear. It isnt durable enough for that. Camelback and Osprey, those are the brands that know what they are doing. Only get this if you expect to use it occasionally.
