> 3 dayI was surprised how this could happen, the product was received in a generic box and packaging materials. Also, some of the components are not new and have been used. Dishonesty!

> 3 dayBest hand held vacuum Ive ever had. Impressed by the suction power. I bought this to pick up the mess from mealtime with the kids, but also the random pet hair, and various little crumbs throughout the house. Does a great job, quick and efficient! Long lasting battery life, easy to clean.

> 3 dayI had high hopes for this because I LOVE all my other shark vacuums. I also have a handheld black & decker that is AMAZING. In comparing the two, the shark definitely is not as good. The sharks suction is 1/2 of the B&D, the filter is so tiny you need to clean it after every clean up, and it doesnt even suck up sunflower seeds. I wouldnt buy it again. I would suggest that you buy the B&D one though - great suction, better capacity, and easy to clean.

> 3 dayI have been using a Dyson for many years and thought as that ran out of its useful life, to replace it with something else. This one seemed to have good reviews and was Amazon Choice, so went with this option. Adequate suction power and comes with two attachments. Easy to set-up and almost looks like a mini-full size vacum cleaner scaled down with an attachment. Two negatives: 1. They could have designed the charging receptacle in a way so you didnt have to remove the cleaning head everytime. The way the metal contacts are placed, you have to put it in facing the front side in WITHOUT the attachment. 2. This is the main reason I didnt give it a 5 was that I had to replace my first one within 20 days. It just stopped charging. Amazon process to return was simple. The reviews were pretty decent and it was an Amazon Choice item, so I rolled the dice and figured may be I got one with a manufacturing defect vs. poor quality of product. I ordered a new one. That seems to be working fine in its 2nd month. If this changes, I will post again here One update to highlight: evidently when the filter fills or blocked, it stops working in much the same way as if battery was not charging. I have had a Dysons before and when filter filled up, it was not as effective but never stopped working. I realized this after calling their warranty line asking for a replacement and they asked if I had cleared the filter. Sure enough as soon as I did, the Shark was good to go!

08-11-2024This unit has great suction but only lasts about 10 minutes (at the most). Dirt reservoir is easy to open but it doesn’t hold very much. Too bad it doesn’t have a better battery. I can’t give it a five but it generally does the job and frankly there isn’t much out there that’s better at the price.

14-11-2024I have long thick hair and my husband has a big beard so our bathroom is always covered in our strays. This little guy is a live saver and helps us keep our bathroom clean and spiffy. I love the easy dump canister for debris. Honestly a great hand vac. Def recommend.

> 3 dayWe’ve tried other hand vacs and this is the best! Great, sleek design, easy to store and handle. Suction is strong for a hand vac and cleans well for the small things we use it for. Don’t expect the power of a full size vac. We use ours to clean up crumbs, dirt, and husky fur in corners, nooks, and crannies. Definitely recommend!
